PhysioApproved was born in a university lecture theatre. As physiotherapy students, we discovered a frustrating reality: health misinformation is an epidemic.
We watched patients waste time and money on "miracle cures" and pointless gadgets advertised on social media. Anyone with a smartphone can make a health claim, but very few have the clinical knowledge to back it up.
We realised that as Physios, we have a responsibility. We use evidence-based practice everyday. Whether its for pain management or injury rehab - We know what actually works.
