PhysioApproved is an Australian business. Every US order ships from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, with import duties prepaid by us.

Delivery times

Orders travel with Australia Post International and are delivered in the US by USPS. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods or if customs selects a parcel for inspection.

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping to the US is free on all orders. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties and taxes

All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. We prepay any US import duties and customs fees before your parcel leaves Australia, so there is nothing extra to pay when it arrives.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on the Australia Post website and, once it reaches the US, on the USPS website.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, including PO Boxes. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it has left Australia.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We'll investigate with Australia Post and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
